Versatile Synth Accordion
Oh man this thing can do a lot. The way that I look at this instrument is it's a synth with an Organetta as the oscillator. You have all the controls you'd want on a synth, Full ADSR, resonant filter, portamento, as well as stereo delay, chorus and reverb. You can get a WIDE range of very usable sounds from this with little effort. The inclusion of blendable key noise adds a nice mechanical touch. There isn't anything i would change
I'm really excited I have this in my toolkit now, great job!
There is a lot to unpack here
I had no idea DC could pull something like this off. This is an amazing sound exploration instrument. It deserves an afternoon of experimenting and discovery. The controls are easy to use and read. A lot of parameters got thrown in a simple UI without it being cluttered. There are heaps of wonderful sounds to be made here and it is well worth it to learn and use
Oh man this is good!
I can't believe that is is free. I could easily see this being a Spitfire Originals or something. The quality of these recordings are great, and has all the tweakability I need. The Mic positions are a great addition here. Instruments like this are what gives me the inspiration to finally try to tackle the wonderful world of sampling.
The interface is clean, maybe a little hard too see with the chosen background image? But besides that this is definitely going into the rotation. Bravo
These are Monstrous!!
Oh buddy is this instrument awesome. As others have said this really shines with the inhuman lows. You get taken to places with just one note. The reverb and tone controls are a great touch, and turn this vocal sample into a sound design beast.
Not what I was expecting
This is not what I thought an unplugged wurli. It's got this beautiful hammer struck, music box kind of thing going on. I love how mechanical it is though. The added release triggers add so much to the sound, and gives what you're playing some weight.
I feel it might be a little limiting though because of how specific the sound is. But it is a fantastic texture.
