Mike Heimburger
My name is Mike. I write orchestral things for films, games, and ensembles. I've been sampling stuff since the 90's when I recorded and mixed animal sounds to make a stop-motion film about prehistoric animals and cavemen. But when it comes to using virtual instruments to make music, it's relatively new to me, as I've always been a sound-module-kind-of-guy. Now, I primarily use sample libraries and I really enjoy when I find a special sound that I can record myself and then make music out of it.
