In 2018 I had a rather unique experience of starting an electronic music program with the Non-Profit Jakmel Ekspresyon in Jacmel Haiti. On my flight back from this experience the planes I was in both too Miami and too Baltimore suffered Catastrophic issues resulting in very minor plane crashes. The first plane failing apart in air and having engine failure and the second getting struck by lightning and losing the ability to steer properly. This sample instrument includes Field Recordings of the first plane’s Engine as it struggles to continue functioning.
