There is a wondeful freeware pitch shifter. I used it to create 8 presets by shifting presets and customizing them.
It has a powerful LFO influencing the pitch and a an organic delay. This combination gives a very unique set of properties to thes sound.
From Oscilating harmonics to rises and randomizer of upper tones (a la harmonics). There is also the
possibility of using tones under the tonic, processe I didnt use. Here is an example. The base tone is a sawtootch by Vital:
