The story
My friend Hanna had this melodica. She’s boring but her instrument is cool.

Good
Really good dry sound melodica which is just what I needed
A very well sampled dry melodica!
In general melodicas have very a very sharp sound signature, and this is no different, as it has been done a very good job at capturing it.
This cute little melodica wins at two things: Sound quality and modwheel crossfades!
I was really impressed by the implementantion of the modwheel, even though it's not mentioned in the GUI nor in the description of the instrument. It's unfortunate because I think many people interested might completely miss it. The sound is very dry, which means better control over adding your own effects.Be careful though, because it can become very loud by default.
Nice sound but could use extra processing
This sound is really accurate out of the box in that the essence of the melodica was recorded really nicely, i personally would want to eq out a bit of the harsher frequencies up at the top but maybe its good to leave it raw and leave that up to the composer. I would never really use this sound except maybe in a very specific scoring situation that called for it but overall good job sampling this instrument that we don't often see of piano book
A good first attempt
This is a sweet sounding melodica, but the sound feels very raw to me. That might be what you want, though, in which case, you're probably going to like it. It feels like the original recordings haven't been EQ'd or compressed, and it feels as though a little more care could have been exercised with the mic positioning when the instrument was sampled.
Solid sound but could do with noise reduction and ADSR
Great initial sound but could do with a slight bit of noise reduction and an ADSR envelope to sculpt the sound a bit more. Currently not very usable- which is a shame!
