The story
A few years ago when I was at a fiddle camp, I saw someone playing a harp and was obsessed with it. It had 29 strings. The harpist gave me a few beginner lessons on it for the next few days.
The harp that I actually have on my own at the moment has 12 strings with no sharping levers.
Believe it or not, this is actually my first DecentSampler sound pack I’ve ever created!!! A huge thanks to Tobias for helping me out with the rest of the formatting.
I do apologize for some of the faint interrupted noises in the samples.
This sound pack includes 2 effect knobs for reverb and delay time, a few round-robins, and the samples were all recorded in the natural position.

Thank You
I really love the sounds. I really love the fact that I can use this Harp in making some great Trap and Trance music. I'll share a song that I use this Harp in with some awesome effects.
A delicate little harp
This is a cute little instrument. There's something about it that just reminds me of childhood innocence. I picture a 9 year old discovering this in a box in the attic and sneaking up there to play it when nobody is home. If you're looking for a pristine harp this isn't it though.
The sound is a bit on the muddy side. And you can hear artifacts (I'm guessing) from the noise reduction process. This harp would be great in a lofi setting, where you can degrade it even more so the imperfections blend in even more.
Lovely harp samples
Very nicely recorded harp samples. They're recorded quite dry so it's nice to have the built-in delay and reverb to give these sounds some space. Very delicate and pretty sounds come from this instrument. Thank you for making it!
Sounds like a plastic toy harp I had when I was a kid... not bad
It sounds like a tiny plastic harp, and if that's what you're looking for it does a great job at it.
The samples were clean and plucky, which makes them great candidates for layering with other instruments for some great pop sounds. It handles pitch bending surprisingly good as well.
While it's never going to replace a harp library for a symphonic piece it definitely has its own character, and I say pluck away at it.
Keep it up!
This is not bad for a first go at making a DS instrument. It does have quite a toy-like sound but that's not necessarily a bad thing. The samples do have some odd glitches/artifacts but this is definitely a usable sample pack.
